Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the order receipt date, without providing any reason, in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.
Return conditions
Products must be returned under the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as they were received
- With their original packaging intact
- Complete with all included accessories and documents
Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-measure products.
How to make a return
To initiate a return process, write to lignanipelletteria@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 working days with shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product.
